On October 27, the Nonghyup Changnyeong Training Center visited a sweet persimmon farm in Gusan Village, Bugok-myeon, Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, to provide assistance with farm work during the harvest season.
On this day, around 20 employees from the Nonghyup Changnyeong Training Center participated, working hard to ease the difficulties faced by farms suffering from a shortage of labor during the peak harvest season.
Nam Donhee, the farm owner, expressed gratitude, saying, "The frequent autumn rains have made it difficult to harvest on time, and I was very worried, but the training center came directly to help, which was a great support."
Director Kang Moonkyu stated, "The 'Nongsim Cheonsim' campaign, which means 'the heart of a farmer is the heart of heaven,' is being actively promoted nationwide. We will continue to carry out farm work support activities that help reduce labor costs and provide practical benefits to farmers."
Meanwhile, the Nonghyup Changnyeong Training Center has been consistently supporting farms cultivating onions, garlic, sweet persimmons, and other crops every year.
