The Anabada movement, which emerged in the wake of the 1998 IMF crisis, is an abbreviation for the campaign to "Save, Share, Exchange, and Reuse." This campaign was also referred to as a core initiative for resource circulation.

On October 28, Sejong City will host the "2025 Beautiful Day" event at the Beautiful Store Sejong Goun branch, selling items donated by city hall employees to promote the values of resource circulation and eco-friendly social contribution.

The items for sale at the event comprise 1,171 donated goods, including clothing, books, and electronic appliances, collected last month through a resource circulation sharing campaign targeting city government employees.

This event, which began in 2020, has been held for six consecutive years, with all proceeds donated to the local community to raise awareness of the importance of sharing, resource circulation, and love for the region. The total amount of donations raised through this event is 38.71 million won, with annual contributions of 7.43 million won in 2020, 9.1 million won in 2021, 10 million won in 2022, 5.49 million won in 2023, and 6.69 million won in 2024.

Jin Ikho, Head of the Resource Circulation Division, stated, "It is highly meaningful to rediscover the value of resources through the voluntary donations of employees and to create a virtuous cycle that leads to sharing. I encourage many citizens to participate in the sales event and join in practicing the values of resource circulation and sharing."
