Councilor Kim Jeongdo's Proposed "Ordinance Partially Amending the Ordinance on Gumi City Education Expense Subsidies" Passed at 2nd Plenary Session

Contributing to Consistency in the Composition and Operation of the Gumi City Education Expense Subsidy Review Committee

The "Ordinance Partially Amending the Ordinance on Gumi City Education Expense Subsidies," proposed by Councilor Kim Jeongdo (People Power Party / Jisan, Sinpyeong 1·2, Bisan, Industrial Complex, Gwangpyeong) of the Gumi City Council, was passed at the 2nd plenary session of the 291st extraordinary meeting.

This ordinance stipulates that matters not specifically regulated regarding the composition and operation of the Gumi City Education Expense Subsidy Review Committee shall be governed by the "Ordinance on the Composition and Operation of Various Committees of Gumi City." It also strengthens the effectiveness of the ordinance by revising spacing, wording, and other details throughout the text.

Councilor Kim Jeongdo stated, "By including these supplementary provisions, we can prevent selective interpretation of the ordinance that undermines administrative trust and help resolve ambiguities in the legal basis."
