This inspection was conducted because three major events will be held simultaneously at the same location: the "Nakdong River October Love Concert," which will celebrate the 30th anniversary of Yangsan's elevation to city status during the 2026 Year of Visiting Yangsan proclamation ceremony; the "Egg Night Festa," a new gourmet festival themed around eggs, the region's signature agricultural product; and the "2025 Yangsan Chrysanthemum Festival."
Accordingly, the inspection aimed to thoroughly review all aspects of on-site operations in advance and to maximize the synergy and connectivity among the events.
A total of 22 participants, including relevant public officials, attended the on-site inspection. They meticulously checked overall preparations to ensure citizen safety and event quality, including ▲stage safety, ▲audience flow and booth layout, ▲parking and traffic management, and ▲emergency response systems.
After completing the inspection, Mayor Na stated, "This autumn festival is more than just an event for enjoyment; it marks the beginning of a Yangsan-style festival that brings citizens together, unites the community, and energizes the local economy." He added, "Through this festival, we aim to realize three core values: 'quality time with family,' 'cultural sophistication that elevates the city's dignity,' and 'practical economic benefits that increase regional income.'"
Yangsan City plans to make thorough preparations for on-site operations in the remaining period and will do its utmost to ensure the success of the events.
On the day of the events, October 25, Hwangsan Park 1-gil and Nakdong-ro (Embankment Road) will be operated as one-way streets from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Additionally, traffic control personnel will be stationed at key entry points to Nakdong-ro, including the Seobu Underpass, Jeungsan Underpass, and Hopo Bridge, to manage vehicle access and provide guidance.
A Yangsan City official stated, "For smooth event operations and citizen safety, we ask that you use public transportation or walk from nearby areas," and added, "Please refer to the separately provided map for detailed information on traffic control sections."
