Eligibility Check for Windows 11 Upgrade
Exclusive Benefits for New Galaxy Book Purchases
Samsung Electronics announced on October 23 that it will be offering free inspections for Samsung laptops to customers at 117 Samsung Stores nationwide until November 22.
This campaign aims to check devices for Samsung laptop users and assist with upgrading the Windows 10 operating system (OS), for which support ended on October 14. With the end of support, Windows 10 users can no longer receive essential updates, including security updates, making it necessary to upgrade to the latest Windows 11.

During the campaign period, customers visiting Samsung Stores can consult with sales advisors and PC engineers to check whether their laptops are eligible for a Windows 11 upgrade. In addition, they can receive free inspection services to check for issues with memory, storage, and other components, as well as battery performance.
Samsung Electronics is also running a "Trade-In Promotion." Customers who receive an inspection and purchase a new Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 or Galaxy Book5 Pro at a Samsung Store will receive 50,000 Naver Pay points and a 30% discount coupon for mobile product accessories such as smart keyboards and earphones.
Additionally, customers who purchase through the AI Subscription Club's AI All-in-One 2.0 plan will receive a Logitech Bluetooth mouse worth 50,000 won as a bonus.
Jung Hojin, Executive Vice President and Head of Samsung Electronics Korea, stated, "We are conducting inspections so that all Galaxy notebook users can use their products with confidence," adding, "We will continue to provide products and services that prioritize customer satisfaction."
