Strengthening the Agency's Tailored Talent Selection System
The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on October 23, 2025, that it will hire 60 new full-time employees in the second half of 2025.
The total number of positions available in this recruitment is 60, divided into: ▲ 40 through open competition (35 for general administrative work, 5 for administrative informatization), and ▲ 20 through limited competition (18 for general administrative work for high school graduates, 2 for veterans).
Unlike the previous recruitment in the first half of the year, a second interview has been newly introduced for the second half, making the hiring process more rigorous. The agency explained that, in addition to the existing first interview, a second interview has been added to comprehensively assess organizational fit and job suitability, thereby enhancing the fairness and professionalism of talent selection.
Applicants can submit their applications online through the recruitment website of the Small Enterprise and Market Service from October 24 until 5:00 p.m. on November 5.The appointment date for successful candidates will be December 31, following the announcement of the final results.
