According to the Seo-gu Council on the 22nd, committee members visited the Central Park site, which is being developed as a private special project, to receive updates on its progress and examine measures to improve user convenience, safety, and the surrounding living environment.

The committee members requested the executive branch and related parties to carefully ensure that the diverse opinions of nearby residents are fully reflected, emphasizing that parks are directly linked to the quality of life for residents.

Next, during their visit to the Pungam National Sports Center, the committee members were briefed on the facility's overview and current program operations, and discussed ways to enhance space utilization and promote greater resident participation.

The committee members stated, "Although the space is limited, a creative approach to program design and operation is needed so that residents can participate in a wider variety of sports activities." They also urged the Pungam National Sports Center staff to actively expand customized programs tailored to residents' age groups and living environments, as well as to improve user convenience.

Chairman Ahn Hyeongju said, "This field visit is an opportunity for village residents and the administration to work together in seeking practical development solutions," adding, "We will continue to focus on field-oriented legislative activities, listen attentively to the voices of local residents, and ensure that the council serves as a strong bridge between the community and the administration."
