The forum will feature key global partners of HD Hyundai as speakers, including Huntington Ingalls, Anduril, the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Siemens, and Persona AI. Each session will address topics such as ▲A New Era in Maritime Defense ▲The Present and Future of Shipbuilding ▲AI-Based Shipyard Innovation ▲Expanding Korea-U.S. Shipbuilding Cooperation. Discussions will focus on technological innovation and strategies for collaboration across industries. Through these efforts, HD Hyundai plans to lead the 'next-generation shipbuilding paradigm'-which integrates AI, eco-friendly solutions, and defense-on the global stage.

An HD Hyundai representative stated, "This event will seek solutions to the technological and environmental challenges facing the shipbuilding industry and propose directions for cooperation to ensure the industry's sustainable development," adding, "As a central company in the global shipbuilding sector, we will share our vision for industry transformation."

Meanwhile, HD Hyundai will operate the 'Shipbuilding and Offshore Pavilion' within the APEC Korean Wave & Advanced Future Industry Hall, organized by KOTRA until November 22. The exhibition will showcase demonstrations of autonomous navigation technology by Avikus, an HD Hyundai subsidiary specializing in autonomous navigation, as well as AI welding robots and models of next-generation nuclear-powered vessels. Through this exhibition, HD Hyundai aims to present its capabilities in digitalization, decarbonization, and the autonomous navigation ecosystem-all future technologies for the shipbuilding industry-in one place.
