New Features Added, Including Note and Briefing, Following Aidot Call
"Continuous Expansion of AI Ecosystem and Service Innovation"
SK Telecom announced on the 21st that the monthly active users (MAU) of its artificial intelligence (AI) service Aidot surpassed 10 million in September. This figure has nearly doubled in just one year since reaching 5.5 million MAU in October of last year.
This total combines 4.5 million users of the Aidot app and web with 5.5 million users who access Aidot features through other services, such as phone, B tv, and T Map.

SK Telecom explained that this achievement is both a milestone demonstrating the mainstream adoption of Aidot and the result of its "AI ecosystem expansion strategy." This strategy aims to deliver seamless AI experiences in daily life by connecting various services and platforms through Aidot.
In June, SK Telecom launched the "Note" and "Briefing" services in beta version within Aidot, and within just one month, the number of active users of Aidot increased by nearly 1 million. In August, the company introduced the "Agentic Workflow" through the 4.0 update, enabling the AI agent to reinterpret requests based on usage history and conversation context, set goals, and plan and execute tasks-representing the latest in AI technology.
One of Aidot's core features, Aidot Call, has also continued to advance. In September 2023, SK Telecom added call recording and summarization functions to the Android version of the "Call" service, and extended these features to the iOS version in October. As a result, iPhone users, who previously could not record calls, are now able to record and summarize calls through Aidot Call. In October 2024, the company launched "Aidot Call," which combines Aidot with "T Phone," receiving a positive response from users.
In addition, Aidot has been integrated into everyday platforms such as B tv and T Map, which are widely used by customers.
SK Telecom is also strengthening its AI ecosystem expansion strategy through partnerships with domestic and international companies. In September, the company signed a partnership with TimeTree, a global schedule-sharing platform, and is working to apply Aidot's AI agent technology to TimeTree.
SK Telecom plans to further develop Aidot into an AI service that can be easily used anytime and anywhere by advancing internal services, applying Aidot to external platforms, and expanding collaboration with partner companies.
Kim Yonghun, Head of Aidot Business at SK Telecom, stated, "The fact that Aidot has surpassed 10 million MAU, receiving positive feedback from customers across various touchpoints, marks a turning point as Aidot becomes an AI service for everyone in Korea. We will continue to expand the AI ecosystem and drive service innovation so that Aidot can naturally blend into every moment of our customers' lives."
