EcoPro to Grant 240,000 Company Shares to 2,400 Employees

Second Round of RSU Distribution

On October 19, EcoPro announced that it will grant approximately 240,000 restricted stock units (RSUs) to about 2,400 employees in celebration of its 27th anniversary on October 22.

Employees of the listed company will receive shares of their own company directly, while employees of unlisted affiliate companies will be granted shares of the listed parent company.

After signing RSU grant agreements with employees in February 2023, EcoPro allocated a total of 533,515 shares to 2,706 employees based on position and years of service. At that time, the average value granted per employee was about 20% of their annual salary.

EcoPro granted half of the total RSUs to employees in October of last year. The second round of RSUs will be distributed on October 22.

RSUs are shares that are granted to recipients once certain conditions, such as continued employment, are met.

Previously, in celebration of its 25th anniversary in 2022, EcoPro designed a stock compensation program to share its achievements with employees.
