A wild boar that entered a field in Yangsan, Gyeongnam, was shot dead after getting caught in a net.
According to the police and fire authorities, at around 8:35 a.m. on October 18, a report was received that a wild boar was trapped in a net in a field in Mulgeum-eup, Yangsan-si, Gyeongnam.
The wild boar, whose leg was caught in a net set up near a field close to a wooded area, was shot dead by a hunter who responded to the report at around 9:30 a.m.
The wild boar was estimated to be two to three years old and weighed approximately 70 kilograms.
No human injuries were reported as a result of the wild boar incident.
