◆Sena Technology = Established in 1998, Sena Technology began with an embedded internet business, the predecessor of the Internet of Things (IoT), and in 2010 entered the wireless communication device market for motorcycles. The company’s independently developed mesh communication technology is used in its intercoms, which enable clear hands-free voice communication within a 2-kilometer range without the need for a smartphone, making them optimized for team communication in noisy and harsh environments.

A total of 560,000 shares will be offered. The desired offering price is between 47,500 and 56,800 KRW. The book-building for institutional investors will take place from October 23 to 29, and public subscription will be accepted on November 4 and 5. The lead underwriters are KB Securities and Shinhan Investment Corp.

<General Public Subscription>

◆Nota = The desired offering price is between 7,600 and 9,100 KRW, with the expected amount to be raised ranging from approximately 22.2 billion to 26.5 billion KRW. The book-building for institutional investors will be conducted until October 20, and the general public subscription will take place on October 23 and 24. The lead underwriter is Mirae Asset Securities.

Founded in 2015, Nota provides technology that enables efficient operation of high-performance AI models even on resource-constrained edge devices, centered around its self-developed AI model optimization platform 'NetsPresso.' Through collaborations with leading global AI semiconductor companies such as Nvidia, Samsung Electronics, Arm, Qualcomm, Sony, and Renesas, the company has achieved multiple commercial successes.
