Jeonnam Province Conducts Ad Hoc Personnel Reshuffle for Grade 4 and Below on October 20

On October 20, Jeonnam Provincial Government implemented an ad hoc personnel reshuffle for officials at the level of director (Grade 4) and below.

Recently, Jeonnam Province established the "AI Industry Promotion Team" and the "Energy Future City Planning and Strategy Headquarters" in response to the central government's AI and energy transformation policies.

This personnel reshuffle was carried out to accommodate the creation of new organizations and promotions to higher positions. The total number of personnel affected includes 3 directors (Grade 4), 7 team leaders (Grade 5), and 36 officials at Grade 6 or below, totaling 46 individuals.

For promotions, the province considered each candidate's ranking on the promotion list, work performance, and career history. As a result, a total of 39 individuals were promoted: 3 directors (Grade 4), 4 team leaders (Grade 5), and 32 officials at Grade 6 or below.

Through this ad hoc personnel reshuffle, Jeonnam Province aims to promptly fill vacant positions and strengthen organizational capabilities, thereby accelerating the development of the "Energy Future City" based on abundant solar and wind resources, as well as the growth of the AI industry.
