Source Music announced on October 16 that LE SSERAFIM will perform at the festival "COUNTDOWN JAPAN 25/26," which will be held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, from December 27 to 31.
"COUNTDOWN JAPAN" is Japan's largest year-end indoor music festival, which began in 2003 and features top artists who have been active throughout the year. This year's lineup includes LE SSERAFIM, singer-songwriter Vaundy, and the hip-hop unit Creepy Nuts, among others. LE SSERAFIM will take the stage on the second day of the festival, December 28.
With their fifth mini album "EASY," released in March, LE SSERAFIM surpassed 100,000 copies shipped for four consecutive albums based on Korean album standards. This is a record unique among fourth-generation K-pop girl groups. On October 13, they were the only K-pop group invited to "ZOZOFES," a festival hosted by Japan's largest online fashion platform ZOZOTOWN. Next month, on November 18 and 19, they will hold their first world tour encore concert at Tokyo Dome.
LE SSERAFIM is set to release their first single "Spaghetti" at 1 p.m. on October 24.
