This event marked the final schedule of "Delicious Communication with Haenggong-i," following previous events in Gangseo District, Seoul, and Seo District, Incheon. It was held as part of on-site promotional activities to facilitate face-to-face communication with members and to encourage new member sign-ups.

The event featured four programs: the Reliable Hang Snack Truck Service, an explanatory session about the association, a promotional booth for new membership, and one-on-one member consultation services. The Reliable Hang Snack Truck Service was organized to express gratitude to public officials dedicated to regional development and resident welfare. During this service, participants received snacks along with promotional materials about the association, which highlighted its role and benefits.

During the subsequent explanatory session, the main systems, products, and welfare services of the association were introduced in an easy-to-understand manner, and a quiz event was held to enhance participants' understanding.

At the promotional booth for new membership, the association's products were introduced and welcome gifts were provided to new members. In the one-on-one member consultation service, staff in charge of products from the Member Business Headquarters offered personalized consulting on mutual aid products and provided guidance on welfare services.

A member who participated in the event said, "It was beneficial to receive direct consultation from association staff on-site and to have my questions answered. I also enjoyed the snack truck and the events, and it really felt like the association is coming closer to its members."

Baek Ilheon, Managing Director of the Administrative Mutual Aid Association, stated, "The association is a system where early and long-term participation leads to greater benefits. The steady participation and trust of each member are the driving forces behind the association's growth. Thanks to your dedication, the association has developed, and we will continue to prioritize member welfare and strive to become an even more trusted association."

This year, the Administrative Mutual Aid Association strengthened its foundation for on-site member communication by holding "Delicious Communication with Haenggong-i" events in three metropolitan areas (Gangseo District in Seoul, Seo District in Incheon, and Hanam City in Gyeonggi Province). The association plans to further expand opportunities for member engagement and enhance the promotion of mutual aid products and welfare services that members can directly experience through the "Delicious Communication with Haenggong-i" events in 2026.
