Continuing its annual donations since 2020, this marks the sixth year of the initiative. On October 14, the two companies held a delivery ceremony with Green Umbrella, a child welfare organization, and donated snacks and cereals equivalent to 6,000 servings-a 20% increase from last year. The donated items will be distributed to children in need through child welfare institutions nationwide.
A representative from Nongshim stated, "We decided to make this donation to contribute to the 2025 World Food Day theme, 'Water is Life, Water is Food. Leave No One Behind.' We hope that children facing difficult circumstances will overcome adversity and become the leaders of the future."
Meanwhile, following the delivery ceremony, the two companies also conducted a joint employee volunteer activity. Thirty employees participated in directly packing food kits to be delivered to children suffering from hunger.
