Laveniche is well-known as a K-drama hotspot and one of Korea's most iconic nightscape destinations. For this festival, an outdoor caf? street will be set up in collaboration with local businesses, with parasols and tables installed so that visitors can enjoy sights, food, and entertainment all in one place.

Additionally, programs linked to the local economy will be operated, such as store discount events, receipt-based prize draws, and sales booths along the canal, with the aim of revitalizing the regional economy.

The festival stage will also be more vibrant than ever.

On the main floating stage at Hangang Central Park, popular singers DIA (A Cappella), Norazo, and Younha will deliver passionate performances against the backdrop of the Laveniche canal. In addition, Moon Boat water busking, which illuminates the canal, will be expanded, evoking the romantic atmosphere of a Venetian festival in Italy.

The festival will run from 1:00 p.m. to 8:50 p.m., with the opening ceremony scheduled for 6:00 p.m. The festivities will kick off with a pre-show by the Marine Corps 2nd Division band, followed by the main performances. At 8:30 p.m., a 15-minute fireworks show will brilliantly light up the autumn night sky.

From 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., various attractions will be offered throughout the Laveniche area, including water and land busking that citizens can enjoy together, as well as magic and circus performances geared toward children. Public policy promotion and experience booths will also be available, providing citizens with opportunities to better understand and participate in city policies.

The city is thoroughly preparing safety management measures to ensure a safe experience for all attendees.

To prepare for emergencies such as crowd surges, approximately 400 safety personnel will be deployed. Comprehensive information centers and medical booths will be set up in both Hangang Central Park and Laveniche, while a joint situation room with safety officials from relevant agencies (including Gimpo Police Station and Gimpo Fire Station) will operate in Hangang Central Park for coordinated response.

Furthermore, during the main fireworks show, roads, walkways, and pedestrian bridges near the fireworks launch site within Laveniche-where debris may fall-will be completely restricted before the show begins, with cooperation from Gimpo Police Station, the Model Drivers Association, and security companies, to ensure public safety.

In addition, to prevent communication disruptions due to crowd density during the opening event, mobile base stations from the three major telecom companies will be deployed in advance, starting the day before the festival.

At the festival's conclusion, when crowd density is expected to peak, various measures will be implemented, including sector-based exits, shortened subway intervals, and guidance to disperse crowds at station entrances and exits.
