The Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced on the 14th that it will hold an "Advanced Practical Training on Responding to Industrial Accidents and Labor Cases" for member companies on the 21st.
This course will cover not only the types of industrial accidents and subsequent actions, but also the recently amended Yellow Envelope Act. It is expected to provide an opportunity for HR and labor affairs professionals to enhance their practical skills.
This training, featuring labor attorney Kim Yongin from Handong Labor Law Firm, will be conducted over four hours and will be divided into modules covering topics such as industrial accidents and follow-up measures, investigations into serious accidents, and the Yellow Envelope Act.
Kim Eunhee, Head of the Member Business Division at the Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry, stated, "Since industrial accidents and the Yellow Envelope Act are directly linked to companies' legal risks, we hope this training will help member company practitioners strengthen their ability to effectively respond to various labor cases."
Participants will be provided with training materials, a certificate of completion, and free parking on the day of the event. For registration and further details, please refer to the Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry website or contact the Member Business Division.
