The "Visiting Pre-Consulting Audit Counseling," which targeted both civil petitioners and public officials, was conducted based on the "Regulations on the Operation of Pre-Consulting Audits." It addressed matters such as regulations related to permits and authorizations, and administrative work where relevant laws and regulations are unclear, making interpretation and application difficult.

During the "Visiting Technical Audit Training," which aimed to improve the construction work competencies of new and technical public officials, participants shared information on topics such as project planning, the legality and transparency of project operations, contract procedures, and budget usage.

Park Jingyu, head of the Legal Affairs and Audit Team in the Planning and Coordination Office of the county, stated, "This training was designed to help public officials perform their work efficiently and proactively, and to serve as a process for conducting preventive and supportive audits." He added, "We expect this will foster an advanced audit culture within the county government, lead proactive administration, and serve as an opportunity to enhance the quality of administrative services."
