Signiel Seoul, the top-tier hotel brand of Lotte Hotel & Resort, announced on October 14 that it is launching the "Taste of Autumn" package, which allows guests to enjoy both premium desserts made with Shine Muscat, a seasonal autumn fruit, and a hotel vacation experience.

The Lounge, located on the 79th floor of Signiel Seoul and known for offering trendy desserts each season under the consulting of Michelin three-star chef Yannick Alleno, has introduced a premium Shine Muscat shaved ice for this autumn season. This dessert features crisp Shine Muscat grapes and lemon sherbet on top of snowflake-like ice flakes, offering a sweet and refreshing flavor profile.

The Taste of Autumn package includes a one-night stay and one serving of premium Shine Muscat shaved ice. Guests can enjoy the shaved ice either at The Lounge or through in-room dining. The Lounge operates from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., while in-room dining is available 24 hours a day. The package can be reserved through the official Signiel Seoul website until November 29, and stays are available until November 30.
