LG Electronics' pet appliance, the "LG PuriCare Aero Cat Tower," has been named one of "The Best Inventions of 2025" by the American news magazine TIME.
According to industry sources on October 12, TIME selected the Aero Cat Tower as one of this year’s best inventions, praising it as "a product with a sleek design and space-saving structure that offers benefits to both cats and their owners."
The Aero Cat Tower is a new type of appliance that combines an air purifier with a cat tower. It provides both a resting space for cats and indoor air purification, and features a stable dome-shaped seating structure with a built-in heating function. Additionally, it is equipped with a weight measurement sensor, allowing real-time monitoring of a cat’s weight changes and management of its health trends.
In addition to the Aero Cat Tower, which was selected as one of the "Best Inventions," LG Electronics is also introducing the Aero Series, which includes the "Aero Speaker"-a Bluetooth speaker combination-and the "Aero Furniture," a table-shaped model. These products allow users to swap out only the top module as needed.
An LG Electronics representative stated, "The Aero Cat Tower sets a new standard for shared spaces between cats and their owners," adding, "With LG Electronics’ innovative technology that delivers both convenience and emotional satisfaction, we will continue to strengthen our competitiveness in the global market."
Meanwhile, TIME annually releases its "Best Inventions" list, selecting innovative products that have brought significant changes to daily life and industry as a whole.
