From April to October, the county provided customized health consulting for seniors aged 65 and over who are either frail or require chronic disease management and are able to use smartphones, utilizing AI·IoT technology over a six-month period. Participants were provided with health monitoring devices, and their measurement data was monitored using an AI-based system. The program continuously supported participants with personalized health information and lifestyle improvement missions tailored to each individual.

This post-screening is targeted at seniors who have participated in the program for at least 166 days. It will comprehensively measure various health indicators, including height, weight, BMI, grip strength, balance, blood pressure, blood glucose, dietary habits, chronic diseases, frailty assessment, and satisfaction level.

In addition, seniors who have diligently completed their health missions during the program will receive gift certificates and incentives, aiming to boost their sense of accomplishment and encourage continued health management.

An official from Yangyang County Health Center stated, "Through the AI·IoT-based senior health management program, we hope that seniors will develop the ability to manage their own health and form healthy lifestyle habits, thereby improving their quality of life in old age. Going forward, the county will continue to expand community-based care services to support a healthy retirement for our seniors."
