The theme of the event is 'Immersed in Reading in the Forest.' The museum will operate a small library in the forest, allowing visitors to get closer to books amid nature and helping them immerse themselves in reading while enjoying the autumn atmosphere. On-site, experience programs linked to reading will be offered to expand the joy of reading.

A total of 26 teams will participate in the Forest Market. The lineup includes 10 experience teams, 3 food teams, and 13 sales teams, presenting programs that blend environmental awareness and creativity, such as multicultural family cultural experiences, upcycled crafts, and handmade workshops. Rest areas will be set up in the forest with items like Indian tents, hammocks, and camping chairs, providing visitors with time to enjoy both books and relaxation.

There will also be a forest rope playground and craft activities for children. Families can visit together and create special autumn memories.

Lee Byeongseon, Mayor of Sokcho, stated, "The Norisupgil Forest Market is more than just a marketplace; it is a complex cultural space where Sokcho’s natural beauty and books come together. I hope this event will be an opportunity for both citizens and tourists to connect and find healing through books."
