ISO 37001 is an anti-bribery management system established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to proactively prevent bribery risks that may arise within organizations through rational and systematic management. It is regarded as one of the strictest global standards in the field of anti-bribery, and to maintain certification, organizations must undergo annual post-certification evaluations by external agencies and pass a renewal assessment every three years.
Since first obtaining certification in 2019, Hanall Biopharma has continuously advanced its ethical management system by implementing regular anti-bribery training for employees, establishing ethical manuals for each work process, and operating an anonymous reporting system. Recently, the company has expanded anti-bribery awareness training to all its business sites nationwide and is focusing on embedding ethical decision-making standards and practical competencies throughout the organization.
The latest certification audit was conducted over four days from September 16 to 19, with two certification auditors visiting to carry out the evaluation.
With this recertification, Hanall Biopharma plans to further refine its compliance monitoring system, strengthen preemptive risk assessment and internal audit functions, and continue expanding its ethical management system to meet global standards.
Park Sujin, CEO of Hanall Biopharma, stated, "This ISO 37001 recertification is the result of all our employees working together to embed ethical management throughout the organization," adding, "We will continue to integrate ethical practices across all work processes and establish ourselves as a trusted company with a globally compliant management system."
