Soobin: "We Want to Create a Space Where Children and Adolescents Can Freely Express Their Emotions"

Tomorrow X Together shared the significance and aspirations of the partnership through their speech. Representing the group, Soobin stated, "For the past six years, we have talked about growth through our music. We have shared worries, fears, and hopes for tomorrow through our music, and many people have told us they found comfort in it. Through this, we learned that expressing emotions is a sign of strength." He continued, "Through this campaign with UNICEF, we want to create a space where children and adolescents around the world can freely express their emotions." He added, "This partnership is the inevitable result of our long musical journey, personal beliefs, and shared values. We are grateful to UNICEF for believing in our sincerity and giving us their full support."

Tomorrow X Together and Big Hit Music plan to donate 1.4 million dollars to UNICEF over the next two years through this partnership and will raise additional funds through various activities. The funds raised through the campaign will be used for practical support for the mental health of children, adolescents, and their guardians, as well as for a variety of mental health programs and advocacy activities. They also plan to support training for youth specialists and research on mental health.

UNICEF Executive Director: "Thanks to Tomorrow X Together's Message, We Can Openly Talk About Mental Health"

UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell stated, "Young people often fear being stigmatized if they raise their voices and face difficulties in getting the help they need. They also find it hard to discover effective coping strategies for mental health and well-being. Thanks to Tomorrow X Together's message, which emphasizes empathy and resilience, we can now talk openly about mental health and support every young person in developing the skills necessary for emotional, social, and professional growth."

Mijin Cho, Secretary General of the Korean Committee for UNICEF, said, "The mental health of children and adolescents around the world is now a pressing issue that can no longer be overlooked. This global campaign goes beyond simple support; it marks the starting point for building a worldwide safety net that listens to, respects, and enables children and adolescents to grow up healthy on their own. We thank Tomorrow X Together and Big Hit Music for being the strongest supporters, helping children and adolescents around the world freely express their emotions and build resilience."
