Jin Byeongyoung, the mayor of Hamyang County in South Gyeongsang Province, visited An traditional market and the native herbal medicine market ahead of the Chuseok holiday to inspect the pre-holiday price situation and spent time communicating with merchants and visitors.
Mayor Jin toured the stores along Jongno-gil and An traditional market from the An-myeon administrative office, carefully checking changes in holiday prices while meeting with residents and merchants who visited the market. He also listened directly to their daily inconveniences and suggestions.

In addition, he encouraged residents to apply for and use livelihood recovery consumption coupons, and urged them to purchase Chuseok ritual goods at traditional markets to help revitalize the local economy.
Mayor Jin said, "I am delighted to see the traditional market regaining its vitality ahead of the holiday," adding, "We will spare no administrative support to help the local economy recover. I hope our residents will also prepare their holiday ritual goods at the warm-hearted traditional market."
On this day, Mayor Jin, who visited An traditional market and the native herbal medicine market, plans to continue communication with merchants and residents by visiting Jirisan Hamyang Market on October 2.
