Successful Candidates to Join in January Next Year
iM Capital announced on September 30 that it will hold an open recruitment for new university graduate employees for 2025.
Applications will be accepted from October 1 to 14.
The recruitment will be divided into general positions and information technology (IT) positions.
Applicants must have graduated or be expected to graduate from a four-year accredited university. All university graduates are eligible to apply regardless of gender, age, or major. Veterans, people with disabilities, and holders of professional certifications will be given preferential consideration.
After the document screening, aptitude and written tests, as well as first and second round interviews, will be conducted sequentially.
Successful candidates are expected to join the company in January next year.
An iM Capital representative stated, "Our focus goes beyond simply increasing our workforce; we aim to discover talent who can flexibly respond to the future financial environment," adding, "We will establish a recruitment process that allows applicants to fully demonstrate their job competencies."
