This year, SK Energy significantly enhanced customer benefits and convenience. The company discontinued its exclusive "Muffin" point service for gas stations and integrated the "Enclean Bonus Card" with OK Cashback, allowing customers to use points at more than 95,000 affiliated locations nationwide. In addition, the company improved digital convenience by enabling customers to view their fueling history, accumulated points, nearby gas stations and charging stations, and event information all at a glance through the OK Cashback app.

Customer appreciation events were also further strengthened. In August, SK Energy held the "THE Grand Jackpot" appreciation event at SK gas stations and charging stations nationwide, offering generous benefits to loyal customers. Furthermore, during the vacation and outing seasons in May and August, the company organized Clean Day campaigns to ensure customers could use gas stations in a clean environment.

SK Energy also took an active role in disaster response. In Gangneung, Gangwon Province, which experienced a severe drought, the company provided 68,000 bottles of drinking water, and in wildfire-affected areas of Uiseong, Andong, and Cheongsong in North Gyeongsang Province, it delivered 100,000 bottles as emergency aid. SK Energy was recognized for utilizing its nationwide gas station network as logistics hubs to promote mutual growth with local communities.

An SK Energy representative stated, "Achieving first place in the KCSI for 15 consecutive years is a valuable accomplishment made possible by our customers' unwavering trust and support," adding, "We will continue to prioritize customer satisfaction and consistently strengthen our differentiated services, convenience, and social responsibility."
