Pocheon City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Younghyeon) is holding a quiz event for the 'Pocheon Hantan River World Drone Festival' until October 12 to enhance communication with citizens.
This event was organized to promote the 2025 Pocheon Hantan River World Drone Festival, which will be held at the Hantan River Garden Festa venue from October 9 to 12, and to encourage citizen participation. To join, participants need to 'like' and comment on the event post uploaded to Pocheon City Hall's official social media, and then submit their answers through a Naver Form.
The city plans to select 100 winners by lottery and provide them with 4 kilograms of high-quality Pocheon rice grown in the pristine environment of Pocheon.
The World Drone Festival will feature Korea's largest drone light show as well as a variety of performances. On October 9, Beatpella House, Dynamic Duo, Lee Mujin, and Jin Haeseong will perform on stage. On October 10, Hyolyn, Giriboy, and Kim Dahyun will take the stage. On October 11, the band Leenalchi, Jang Minho, Soyou, and Guckkasten will perform, and on October 12, Song Gain, Lee Byeongchan, and Ulala Session will bring the festival to a spectacular finale. Each performance will feature top-tier Korean artists, offering a unique festival experience that can only be enjoyed in Pocheon this fall.
A Pocheon City official stated, "We aim to create a festive atmosphere together with citizens through the Drone Festival," adding, "We hope you will visit Pocheon with your loved ones or on your own to enjoy the best festival of the fall."
