Orion announced on September 29, 2025, that it will be recruiting new employees for the second half of 2025.


Orion to Recruit New Employees for the Second Half of 2025

The application period runs until October 13, 2025, and candidates can apply online through the Orion recruitment website.


The recruitment is open to those who are scheduled to graduate from a four-year university (or graduate school) in February 2026, as well as those who have already graduated. The available positions include general administration, R&D, design, QA, QM, and AGRO. New employees will be selected through a document screening, an online aptitude test, the first interview, Career Week, the final interview, and a hiring health check. Veterans and persons with disabilities will be given preferential treatment in accordance with relevant laws.


Notably, starting this year, Orion has introduced a new 'Career Week' program prior to the final interview, providing applicants with practical work experience and information. Career Week consists of 'Leader's Talk,' which introduces the departments, 'Job Talk,' which offers one-on-one consultations with staff members, and hands-on training programs that allow candidates to experience actual work. Through this, applicants will gain a deeper understanding of the roles and departments, and have the opportunity to assess their own skills and aptitudes.


To help applicants better understand the recruitment process, Orion is actively providing information such as job introductions, employee benefits, and FAQs through its official YouTube channel.
