Outstanding Employees to Attend CES as Reward
Koo Ja-eun, Chairman of LS Group, emphasized that the success or failure of a company amid changes in the global industrial order depends on how it responds in the present.
According to LS Group on September 28, Chairman Koo stated at the 'LS Future Day' held at LS Tower in Anyang, Gyeonggi Province on September 26, "We are aware of the historical lesson that the success or downfall of a company is determined by how it responds during times of significant changes in the world order."
He added, "The outstanding ideas shared at Future Day will serve as milestones that turn the waves of change into opportunities and guide us into the future. The talent that does not fear an uncertain future and actively responds to the changing times-that is the kind of futurist LS needs right now."

This year marks the fourth LS Future Day, an expanded version of the 'LS T-Fair' that has been held since 2004 to accelerate Chairman Koo's 'ambidextrous management' initiative. The event was attended by about 200 executives and employees, including CEOs and COOs of LS Group affiliates.
At the event, 20 projects were presented, including the development of cables for artificial intelligence (AI) data centers and the establishment of quantum technology-based sensor solutions. Employees whose projects were selected as outstanding cases were given the opportunity to attend CES 2026 in the United States next year.
Additionally, external experts such as Park Jonghun, Director of the Knowledge Economy Research Institute, and Choi Junyoung, Senior Advisor at Yulchon LLC, delivered lectures on topics including "The World Order Changed by the Logic of Power" and "Survival Rules for Korean Companies."
LS Group plans to make Future Day a regular annual event every fall, developing it into a group-wide festival where all employees participate together.
