This event, following those held in Seoul and Busan, was the third and final retirement planning education session of the year, targeting 140 middle-aged members in their 50s. The retirement planning education is designed to help members prepare for a stable and vibrant life after retirement, offering comprehensive guidance on utilizing mutual aid systems post-retirement, as well as financial, health, and mindset management. Last year, the event was held only once in Seoul, but this year it was expanded to three sessions in Seoul, Busan, and Daejeon.
During the session, the head of the PR and Communications Team introduced the mutual aid system, followed by lectures from Lee Hosun, professor at Soongsil Cyber University, on 'Adapting to the 21st Century and Life Planning'; Kim Kyungrok, advisor at Mirae Asset Global Investments, on '50+ Asset Management for a Successful Retirement'; and Lee Donghwan, honorary president of the Korean Society of Chronic Fatigue, on 'Special Health Lecture - Cellular Health Management for Longevity'.
Additionally, the venue featured various supplementary programs, including one-on-one personalized consultation booths and a photo zone. At the consultation booths, members received guidance and individual counseling on mutual aid products such as installment retirement benefits, which allow special membership after retirement, and Hanaeum Lump Sum Deposit. The photo zone allowed members to take commemorative photos.
One participant shared, "The lectures were informative, but I especially enjoyed the various programs like the consultation booths and the photo zone, which made the experience enjoyable. I was also satisfied with the association's efforts to communicate with its members."
Kim Janghoe, Chairman of the Administrative Mutual Aid Association, stated, "With this session in Daejeon following those in Seoul and Busan, we have successfully concluded this year's retirement planning education. As we approach the 50th anniversary of our founding in 2025, the association is establishing visions and strategies for further growth and advancement. We will also expand programs that facilitate communication with our members, striving to become a trusted association."
Having completed retirement planning education sessions in Seoul, Busan, and Daejeon this year, the Administrative Mutual Aid Association plans to expand the program next year so that even more members can participate.
