Moving forward, we will achieve joint development of both regions through mutual cooperation in various fields such as industry, workforce, and education."

On the morning of September 25 local time, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed at Tashkent INNO Technopark with the Uzbekistan External Labor Agency to cooperate on industrial workforce supply.
This agreement was promoted to establish a foundation for the stable recruitment of foreign workers through the "regional visa system" proposed by Gyeongnam Province.
Governor Park stated, "A large number of foreign workers are already working in Gyeongnam through various employment visas. If Uzbekistan provides a workforce supply plan, we will share it with all 18 cities and counties in the province to enable practical recruitment."
He added, "If necessary, we will also arrange for a work agreement between the two local governments and provide full administrative support during visits to Gyeongnam. By expanding employment visas to Uzbekistan, we will build more cooperative relationships and create an environment in Gyeongnam where skilled workers and international students can settle."
In response, Director Musaev said, "When I visit South Korea next month, I would like to tour outstanding companies in Gyeongnam in person. I will continue to serve as a bridge between the two local governments and promote ongoing cooperation."
