Lotte Department Store Opens Exclusive Jacob & Co. Store, Expanding Influence in the Premium Market

First Exclusive Store by a Korean Distributor
Strengthening Position in the Luxury Watch Market

Lotte Department Store announced on the 25th that it will open the first-ever Jacob & Co. store by a distributor on the 2nd floor of Avenue L at its Main Branch.

This new store is the second location following Asia's largest boutique on Dosan-daero in Gangnam. It is also the first Jacob & Co. store opened by a domestic distributor in Korea.

Jacob & Co. is renowned for its unparalleled technical expertise and artistic innovation, pushing the boundaries of traditional watchmaking. Among its signature pieces, the "Astronomia"-in which every component of the watch moves like an orbital system-is celebrated as a masterpiece that combines gravity-defying technology with aesthetic brilliance.

To commemorate the opening, Lotte Department Store has prepared a selection of Jacob & Co.'s most popular and exclusive products, including limited-edition watches and jewelry that are the only ones of their kind in Korea. Through this, the company aims to further strengthen its position in the luxury watch market.

The Main Branch store will showcase Jacob & Co.'s flagship collections. Highlights include the "Dual Time Zone," which displays two independent time zones on a single watch with a world map-inspired design; the "Fleurs de Jardin," a women's collection adorned with vibrant floral motifs; and the "Brilliant" collection, which maximizes elegance with hundreds of meticulously set diamonds. The store will also feature a fine jewelry line that stands out for its artistic sensibility.

Customers can also discover limited-edition jewelry created in collaboration with renowned artists. The store will offer the "Jacob & Co. x Peaceminusone" limited-edition jewelry collection, created in partnership with global K-pop artist G-Dragon. This collection includes two versions: the Yellow Sapphire Edition and the Yellow Diamond Pav? Edition. Some Jacob & Co. products are available through a made-to-order system, allowing for customization.

Lotte Department Store is also significantly expanding its jewelry offerings to enhance its influence in the premium market. In March, the Main Branch opened boutiques for Van Cleef & Arpels and Graff on the first floor. In July, the French high jewelry brand Repossi was introduced, further solidifying the store’s reputation as a high jewelry destination.
