The commercial units within "The Atrium The Edu" complex in Incheon Geomdan New Town, which have attracted significant attention from investors, will be put up for public auction today (September 26, 2025). This offering consists of a total of 14 units. The auction will take place at Geomdan Lapeonville Phase 2, located in the Wondang-daero area of Seo-gu, Incheon. The payment structure is designed to ease financial burden by distributing it over time: 40% of the balance is due in December 2025, and the remaining 50% upon occupancy.

Additionally, the presence of other nearby apartment complexes is expected to bring in external customers as well.
The location itself is also noteworthy. The commercial units are situated on the first floor right next to the main entrance of the complex, providing excellent visibility and accessibility. They are directly connected to the vehicle entry route, making it easy to attract external visitors and secure both internal and external customers. In particular, corner units offer openness in two or more directions, making them suitable for a variety of tenant types, including cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, as well as stationery shops, private academies, and study cafes catering to the educational district.
The brand value further enhances the investment appeal. Daebang Construction, which is responsible for the construction, ranked 22nd in construction capability evaluations in 2025, and the "The Atrium" brand has already established itself as a premium residential brand in major cities nationwide. As these are newly built commercial units, there are no premium fees, and with apartment move-in scheduled for May 2026, investors can expect to generate returns quickly.
