Hanwha Corporation's Construction Division opened the model home for "Hanwha Foretna Ulsan Mugeo" on September 19 and has officially begun sales, drawing significant interest from prospective buyers as first-priority subscriptions will open on September 30.
Hanwha Foretna Ulsan Mugeo consists of 816 units across buildings up to 25 stories high, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 166 square meters. The unit breakdown is as follows: 275 units of 84㎡A, 151 units of 84㎡B, 165 units of 84㎡C, 67 units of 99㎡, 156 units of 109㎡, and 2 units of 166㎡P. All units are medium to large in size, which are highly preferred by buyers.
Subscription applications will be accepted for special supply on September 29 (Monday), for first-priority on September 30, and for second-priority on October 1, through the Korea Real Estate Agency's Cheongyak Home platform. Winners will be announced on October 15, and successful applicants can sign contracts at the model home from October 27 to 29.
Eligibility for subscription requires at least six months of subscription savings, meeting the deposit requirements by region and area, and being a resident of Ulsan, Busan, or Gyeongnam aged 19 or older. Regardless of the number of homes owned, heads of households, household members, and homeowners are all eligible to apply as first-priority. There are no restrictions on winning multiple times or requirements for actual residence, and units can be resold without limitation six months after the winner announcement date.
