Strengthening Legal Risk Management
and Enhancing Management Stability
Busan Urban Corporation (BMC, President Shin Changho) announced on the 25th that it will publicly recruit legal advisors in order to systematically manage legal risks that may arise during project implementation and to enhance management stability.
Eligible applicants must be attorneys registered with the Busan Bar Association as of the announcement date and have at least five years of legal experience. The appointment period is two years, from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2027, and reappointment is possible once. BMC will accept applications until 6 p.m. on October 3, and plans to finalize the appointees in October after a comprehensive evaluation of their expertise, integrity, and other qualifications.
The appointed legal advisors will be responsible for a variety of legal support duties, including litigation related to the corporation's work, legal counsel, and dispute review.
