The event opened with a ceremony featuring a national heritage commentary by Buan County Governor Kwon Ikhyeon, who explained the value and importance of preserving the national heritage site "Jebok-Buan Jembangsan Beacon Mound." The opening celebration performance by the Buan Elementary School Wind Orchestra added vibrancy to the night tour.

The "Buan National Heritage Night Tour" was organized under the theme of "Eight Nights," with a total of 28 programs.

Buan Night Tour is a cultural event centered on the national heritage Dangsan, held under the theme "Hello, Buan's Night and the Sea." The event featured performances of Buan Dangsan Ritual, Buan Nongak, as well as national intangible heritage acts such as Bongsan Mask Dance and tightrope walking, which are rarely seen in Buan, earning high praise from many visitors.

In addition, Buan's storyteller programs, themed around Ban Gye Yu Hyungwon, poetess Lee Maechang, Heo Gyun's "Hong Gil-dong Jeon," Park Ji-won's "Heosaengjeon," and modern literary figure Shin Seokjeong, received positive feedback from visitors for providing a deeper understanding of Buan's history and literature.

This year's Buan Night Tour was designed to allow people of all ages to experience Buan's traditional culture and to foster a shared appreciation for the importance of preserving and passing down national heritage. In particular, the "Buan Dangsan Ritual Reenactment," with direct participation from local residents, and the puppet show "Duck Flies," tailored for children, were especially well received for delivering Dangsan culture in an engaging way.

The archival photo exhibition "Buan's Time Capsule," featuring photographs of the Buan area taken from the Japanese colonial period to the 1960s, also attracted significant attention.

Buan County Governor Kwon Ikhyeon stated, "Thanks to the many residents and visitors who attended the fourth Buan National Heritage Night Tour this year, the event was a great success. We will continue to do our best to promote Buan's outstanding national heritage and help the county grow as a cultural city."
