- Realizing a Life of Healthy Rest and Daily Healing Through a Premium Resort Lifestyle
- Top-Tier Products and Differentiated Private Residential Services
DK Asia's "Shingeomdan Royal Park City II" has been awarded the highest honor, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Award, in the brand category at the 20th Asia Construction Grand Awards. DK Asia is a leading large-scale developer in Korea that has gone beyond the standardized fourth-generation apartment supply to create the nation's first Korean-style fifth-generation premium resort city, combining urban living with resort concepts. Furthermore, Royal Park City achieved a milestone by ranking third in the high-end residential brand category announced by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute in September, becoming the first high-end residential brand independently developed by a major developer to reach this position.
According to the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, as of September, the current top three high-end residential brands are DK Asia's "Royal Park City," Hyundai Engineering & Construction's "The H," and Lotte Engineering & Construction's "Le El." "Acro" by DL E&C, "Trimage" by Doosan Enerbility, and "Prugio Summit" by Daewoo E&C ranked fourth to sixth, respectively.
Following them, "Summit" by Hoban Construction, "We’ve the Zenith" by Doosan Construction, "Otier" by POSCO E&C, and "Define" by SK Ecoplant were listed in order. Among the ten brands, nine are owned by major construction companies, but "Royal Park City" stands out as the only high-end residential brand independently developed by a large-scale developer, DK Asia.
This high level of brand preference was fully reflected in the brand category of this year's Asia Construction Grand Awards, leading to DK Asia's receipt of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Award.
The reason DK Asia was able to achieve such high recognition in a short period within the high-end residential market, dominated by major construction company brands, lies in the clear philosophy and vision pursued by the "Royal Park City" brand. The name "Royal Park City" combines "Royal," symbolizing a premium resort lifestyle, "Park," representing relaxation in nature, and "City," signifying urban culture and convenience. The brand's main colors-Royal Gold, Royal Green, and Royal Orange-respectively symbolize the wealth and success of Royal Park Citizens, the connection between nature and people, and safety and protection, thereby completing the brand's profound philosophy. The core of this vision is to realize a life where healthy rest and daily healing are achieved through a premium resort lifestyle.
To embody this deep philosophy, DK Asia focused on offering top-tier products and differentiated residential services. While past residences were "supply-oriented," DK Asia prioritized "quality of life" as its highest value. Breaking away from the long-standing construction industry formula of "build and leave," DK Asia directly operates residential services closely linked to residents' lives, continuously enhancing the value of the city. Through these efforts, Royal Park City is leading the paradigm shift in Korean residential living.
In practice, Royal Park City, in collaboration with major hospitals including the International St. Mary's Hospital affiliated with the Catholic Kwandong University College of Medicine, is the first in Korea to provide "exclusive face-to-face direct medical services" for residents. Benefits include fast medical appointment bookings through a dedicated hotline for Royal Park Citizens and 24-hour emergency services. Another signature residential service is the "Samsik Service," offered by Pulmuone Food & Culture and Shinsegae Food, which has become a hallmark of Royal Park City. Notably, the Royal Trinity Lounge, where the Samsik Service operates, was placed in a separate commercial facility from the initial design stage, rather than as an auxiliary facility, to prevent cooking odors and noise from entering the complex. The dining area was also meticulously designed to maximize natural light and create an open atmosphere.
Additionally, the complex offers the first "Royal Cinema Lounge" in Incheon, where residents can watch the latest movie releases, as well as the city's first duplex "Royal Indoor Golf Range" equipped with a 50-meter GDR golf simulator. There is also the first hotel-style "Royal Music Room" in Incheon for families and neighbors to enjoy together, a six-star hotel-style swimming pool with a Bade pool, children's pool, and dry sauna, and a fitness center equipped with world-class Technogym equipment. Most notably, even before the residents' representative committee was selected, the developer allowed free use of community facilities, offering Royal Park Citizens a special sense of pride.

The differentiated residential services do not end there. The exclusive shuttle bus connecting Geomam Station and Geomdan Sageori Station has already surpassed 600,000 cumulative users, ensuring convenient transportation for Royal Park Citizens. Residents also enjoy a "private luxury yacht service" with two of Korea's largest 55-seat (66 feet) power catamaran yachts, as well as the "terrace-type Royal Sky Lounge," realizing the value of a premium resort lifestyle in the heart of the city.
Moreover, the "Royal Train" service, which offers moments akin to a special journey while enjoying seasonal landscapes and landscaping, is also being provided for the first time as a residential service. The Royal Train is a rail-less train that runs on wheels, a special healing attraction previously only available at large theme parks like Samsung Everland.
The differentiated residential services of Royal Park City are also evident in the "Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Loess Path," which opened on September 20 and will operate until the end of October. Residents can walk barefoot along the 4.5 km loess path and experience the nation's first buckwheat flower field on a 138,000-square-meter (40,000-pyeong) site, connecting with nature and capturing memorable moments among the pure white buckwheat flowers-a unique experience of healthy rest and daily healing provided by Royal Park City. On September 27, a special concert for the "2025 Royal Garden Festival" will be held, with ambitious plans to establish this event as a leading cultural festival in Incheon.
DK Asia CEO Cho Jaeman stated, "Ahead of the division of Geomdan District in July 2026, we will deliver an even greater impression by creating the 12-kilometer Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Loess Thirty-ri Path through the second and third phases of green space, following the first phase with the nation's first buckwheat flower and loess path at the Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Loess Path." He added, "Living in Royal Park City, Korea's first premium resort city, is a source of special pride, and our goal is to enable a life where healthy rest and daily healing are possible through a premium resort lifestyle, without the need to travel far."
