Training Session to Strengthen Self-Sufficiency of Jirisan Hamyang Market Merchants to Be Held

From Digital Marketing to Customer Service
Practical Capacity-Building Training

A training session aimed at strengthening the self-sufficiency of merchants will be held at Jirisan Hamyang Market.


On September 25 at 5:00 p.m., Hamyang County in South Gyeongsang Province announced that it will host the "Jirisan Hamyang Market Self-Sufficiency Enhancement Training" at Yeominrak within Jirisan Hamyang Market, targeting approximately 50 traditional market merchants and small business owners.


The purpose of this training is to enhance the capabilities of traditional market merchants so they can effectively respond to the rapidly changing distribution environment, and to help them gain practical competitiveness through digital marketing and improved customer service quality.

The training will be led by Yoon Janguk, president of the South Gyeongsang Province Merchants Association, who will provide instruction on topics such as how to use Onnuri gift certificates and Zero Pay, methods for responding to customers with kindness and handling dissatisfied customers, and communication strategies to secure regular customers, all with a focus on enhancing customer service and awareness.


A Hamyang County official stated, "This training goes beyond simply delivering information. It has been prepared with practical content that President Yoon Janguk, who directly interacts with customers in the market, has experienced and can apply. Going forward, we plan to continue promoting various support programs to revitalize local traditional markets and strengthen the competitiveness of small business owners."


This training is being organized in cooperation with the Jirisan Hamyang Market Merchants Association and the local Small Business Owners Association. There will also be a Q&A session to allow merchants to communicate directly and address any questions they may have had.
