More than 30 people attended the meeting, including County Mayor Kim Yuncheol, senior public officials, and representatives from the Hapcheon Livestock Cooperative Association. After the festival agency presented its detailed implementation plans, participants reviewed preparations by sector, including parking, traffic, safety, and publicity, and discussed anticipated issues and response strategies. The attendees agreed to work closely together and share opinions to create a well-organized and meaningful festival.

The 3rd Hapcheon Hwangto Hanwoo Festival will be held from October 24 to 26. This year’s festival aims to widely promote the taste and quality of 'Hapcheon Hwangto Hanwoo,' the county’s signature Hanwoo beef brand, and will offer a variety of attractions by linking with local tourism resources such as the Hwangmaesan Silver Grass Festival and the Pink Muhly grass colony, which are held during the same period.

County Mayor Kim Yuncheol said, "This is a great opportunity to promote the excellence of Hapcheon Hwangto Hanwoo and to contribute to revitalizing the local economy. This year’s festival will offer a variety of sights and activities to enhance visitor satisfaction and inject new energy into the local commercial district."
