Daewoo Engineering & Construction is a construction company that has continuously refined its brand strategy since first launching its apartment brand 'Prugio' in 2003. This year, the company received the Asia Economy Representative Award in the brand category at the 20th Asia Construction Grand Awards.

In 1994, Daewoo Engineering & Construction was the first in Korea to introduce the concept of environmental consciousness to apartments, launching eco-friendly residential products such as Green Home and Green Apartment. In 2019, the company carried out a comprehensive brand renewal, and since 2021, it has been unveiling the 'Prugio Edition' every other year. This strategy involves selecting a new theme and developing advanced technologies or products to meet timely customer demands. This year, the focus is on highlighting the home's potential as a space for healing in daily life and as a place full of vitality.

The recently released 'Prugio Edition 2025' features products and services designed to help residents heal both body and mind and regain vitality at home. Notable offerings include 'Bathcation,' a personal spa experience reminiscent of a luxury resort; the 'Smart Air Coil Floor Structure,' which significantly reduces inter-floor noise; and 'Prugio Smart Switch 2.0,' which allows residents to conveniently control various functions at once. The exterior features a landmark facade design, with motifs inspired by vibrant nature-such as breezes, shimmering sunlight, and leaves-connecting the first floor sidewalls to the rooftop structures. Inside, new concepts such as the 'Showroom Kitchen,' which emphasizes communication among family members, and 'Bath in Room,' where each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom, have been introduced.

Providing services such as welcome meals and home kit rentals during the resident move-in period has also contributed to higher satisfaction. After move-in, a variety of cultural programs are offered within the complex, including 'Garden Concerts' featuring orchestral performances, as well as wine classes, tea classes, and upcycling workshops.

Meanwhile, Tapseok Prugio Park 7, which Daewoo Engineering & Construction is building in Yonghyeon-dong, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province, is gaining attention as a complex with excellent accessibility to Seoul. Uijeongbu Light Rail Transit Songsan Station is within walking distance, and Tapseok Station on Line 7, scheduled to open in 2027, is also nearby. Residents can reach Seoul in just two stops via Tapseok Station, and it takes only about 40 minutes to get to the Gangnam area.
