Kim Suyeong, Gwangju Seo-gu Council Member, Receives Plaque of Appreciation from Hillstate Complex 2 Residents' Council

Recognized for Contributions to Improving Residential Environment and Welfare

Kim Suyeong, a member of the Gwangju Seo-gu Council, announced on the 23rd that she recently received a plaque of appreciation from the Residents' Representative Council (Chairman Yoon Minho), Women's Association, and Senior Citizens' Center of Hillstate Complex 2.


Residents unanimously agreed that the council member's diligent legislative work and attentive care have brought about positive changes in their daily lives. The plaque was awarded in recognition of her contributions to improving residents' living environments and welfare, as well as her efforts to advance and unite the Senior Citizens' Center and Women's Association.

Residents stated, "Because she always listened to us on site and provided practical help, our lives have become a little better."


Members of the Senior Citizens' Center highly appreciated the council member's respect and support for the elderly, while representatives from the Women's Association expressed deep gratitude for her encouragement of communication and cooperation among residents.


Kim Suyeong said, "I believe this plaque of appreciation is not mine alone but the result of the collective efforts of all the residents," adding, "I will continue to listen to every resident and do my best to make our community a better place to live."


She further stated, "Improving the residential environment and expanding welfare are ongoing tasks," and pledged to continue working for a better environment in the future.
