The consortium of Doosan Construction and BS Hanyang will open the model house for "Doosan We’ve & Sujain Bupyeong The First" in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on September 26 and begin sales.

Doosan We’ve & Sujain Bupyeong The First will be built at 13-5 Bugae-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon (Bugae District 4 Housing Redevelopment Maintenance Project), consisting of 13 buildings with 2 basement levels and up to 25 floors above ground, offering a total of 1,299 units. Of these, 514 units with exclusive areas of 46, 59, and 74 square meters will be available for general sale.


The breakdown of general sale units by area and type is as follows: 86 units of 46㎡A, 13 units of 46㎡B, 121 units of 59㎡A, 135 units of 59㎡B, 130 units of 59㎡C, 12 units of 74㎡A, 9 units of 74㎡B, and 8 units of 74㎡C.


Applications will begin with the special supply on September 29, followed by first-priority applications on September 30, and second-priority applications on October 1. The announcement of successful applicants will be made on October 15, and contracts will be signed from October 27 to 29.


As this is a non-regulated area, any resident of the Seoul metropolitan area who is at least 19 years old can apply for the first-priority subscription, regardless of the number of homes owned, as long as the regional and area-specific deposit requirements are met. Both the head of household and household members can submit multiple applications. There are no restrictions on re-winning, so applicants can apply regardless of previous housing wins. The lottery ratio is 60%. The resale restriction period is one year, and there is no mandatory residency period.
