The group TWS released the pre-release track "Head Shoulders Knees Toes" from their fourth mini album "play hard" on September 22. The song features a hip-hop sound, with all six members delivering a powerful performance alongside dancers. The album is scheduled for release on October 13 at 6 p.m.

Through Pledis Entertainment on September 23, Youngjae shared, "We poured our passion into this to prove that there are no limits. You will be able to feel explosive energy in the performance as well." Hanjin explained about the song, "The rhythm is so intense that your body naturally moves, and the chorus is highly addictive."

Shinyu said, "Please look forward to seeing the passionate side of TWS," while Dohun added, "Enjoy how the sound intensifies as the song progresses." Jihoon commented, "The grit and determination that come from all six of us performing together are key points," and Youngjae emphasized, "I wanted to convey the powerful feeling that comes from confidence."

The members especially expressed confidence in their performance. Youngjae said, "It's our first time performing on stage with dancers. Please pay attention to the grandeur and the detailed facial expressions of each member." Hanjin picked "the moment when we synchronize the chorus moves" as the highlight of the stage, and Dohun also said, "The dance break in the latter part is full of energy."

Kyungmin explained, "In the second verse, the mood shifts and there's a choreography where we shoot bullets, which I think will be interesting." Jihoon added, "I was glad to be able to showcase dance techniques like the kip-up."

The members also shared their efforts during the recording process. Dohun said, "Since this song shows a new side of us, I tried to leave a strong impression," and added, "I repeatedly practiced my rap part in the first verse even at the dorm." Kyungmin said, "It was my first time trying rap. For the 'raise the dopamine' part, I tried to express a cynical vibe, and I think it matched the song's atmosphere well."

Regarding memorable moments during preparations, Jihoon said, "The performance was challenging, so I was nervous, but I remember the moments when we encouraged each other and discussed how to do better." Shinyu added, "We talked among ourselves about how changing our expressions and attitude even before going on stage helps us perform more naturally."

After finishing their first tour, Hanjin said, "The fans' support gave me the strength to sing even harder on stage." Youngjae shared, "It made me realize how happy the stage makes me-a moment I will never forget in my life." Kyungmin added, "My stamina improved, and I learned how to immerse myself in the performance."

Finally, Shinyu said, "This album is a stepping stone for us to show even more diverse sides in the future. Please look forward to our expanding musical spectrum."
