All Factory Employees Participate via Live Broadcast
Nongshim announced on the 23rd that CEO Lee Byunghak and the company’s management team visited the Anyang factory to hold a "Visiting Town Hall Meeting," where they communicated directly with production site employees.
This event was broadcast live from the site, allowing approximately 1,500 employees from factories nationwide-including Anseong, Asan, Gumi, Busan, and Noksan-to participate in real time.
Nongshim pledged to improve the working environment at production sites by reflecting employees’ feedback, including redefining the production job structure, expanding rest areas and break times, and re-examining safety facilities.
CEO Lee Byunghak stated, "Based on the feedback we heard from you today, we will support the creation of an even safer and more pleasant production site, and we will continue to communicate about management issues as well. We will keep listening to voices from the field to build a healthy organizational culture."
Nongshim also prepared a variety of events to recognize employees’ hard work. Coffee trucks were operated at six factories nationwide together with the factory managers, and tasting opportunities were provided for various Nongshim products that production employees had frequently requested.
