Busan Urban Corporation Archery Team’s Park Seeun Wins Silver at National Archery Championships

Achievement at the 57th National Recurve Mixed Team Event

Busan Urban Corporation (BMC, President Shin Changho) announced on September 22 that Park Seeun, an athlete from its women’s archery team, won a silver medal in the recurve mixed team event at the 57th National Men’s and Women’s Archery Championships. The competition was held at the Yecheon Jinho International Archery Field in Yecheon County, North Gyeongsang Province, from September 14 to 19.

This tournament served as the culmination of the domestic archery season, with more than 500 athletes competing in both recurve and compound events, representing their respective cities, provinces, and teams in fierce competition for honor.

Park Seeun competed as part of the Busan mixed team alongside Kim Hajun from Sasang District Office, demonstrating outstanding concentration and consistent skill to advance to the finals and achieve the valuable result of winning the silver medal.

President Shin Changho stated, "I sincerely applaud Park Seeun’s challenge and efforts," adding, "We will actively support our athletes so they can perform at their best."

The Busan Urban Corporation archery team has consistently achieved results at national competitions by discovering talented athletes and providing systematic training, and plans to contribute to the development of local sports and the expansion of the sports base.
