GS Engineering & Construction announced on the 22nd that it had won awards at all three of the world's top design awards in 2025.
At the 2025 International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) in the United States, GS Engineering & Construction received the main prize in the environmental category for the interior design of "House Xi," its brand gallery located in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. In addition, the company also won in the digital interaction category for "Xi Lab," a space for experiencing future residential technologies, bringing the total to two awards at the event.
The IDEA Design Awards in the United States, along with Germany's iF Design Award and Red Dot Design Award, are considered the world's top three design awards. Previously, at the iF Design Award 2025, GS Engineering & Construction won main prizes in two categories for its "Beyond A" website and brand book. At the Red Dot Design Award 2025, the company received the main prize in the brand and communication category for "Xi Lab," the future residential technology experience space within House Xi.
The award-winning "House Xi" is a premium brand gallery that embodies the philosophy of Xi. By combining technologies that precisely manage essential elements of residential life such as sound, air, and light with user-centered movement flow, it offers a comfortable and stable living experience, which was highly praised by the judges.
