The agency has taken the lead in spreading a reading culture among small business owners by operating a digital library and promoting various reading culture programs. By running a digital library for small business owners, it has expanded access to reading, and through participatory reading culture programs, it has increased small business owners' interest in reading. Through its curation service, it has also supported practical learning and self-development for small business owners by providing customized books on topics such as entrepreneurship, exports, and artificial intelligence (AI).

In particular, the agency explained that the digital library, which is linked to the online education platform 'Small Business Knowledge Learning Center' operated by the Small Enterprise and Market Service, is establishing itself as a core platform supporting small business owners' learning and self-development.
