Daytime Highs Reach 28°C
Monday, the 22nd, will see mostly cloudy skies with significant temperature fluctuations between day and night.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, inland areas will experience a large difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures, ranging from 10 to 15 degrees Celsius, so extra attention to health is advised.
The highest daytime temperatures are forecast to range from 23 to 28 degrees Celsius. As of 5 a.m., major regional temperatures are as follows: Seoul 18.0°C, Incheon 19.4°C, Suwon 18.7°C, Chuncheon 13.1°C, Gangneung 15.8°C, Cheongju 19.2°C, Daejeon 18.1°C, Jeonju 18.9°C, Gwangju 18.9°C, Jeju 23.2°C, Daegu 16.6°C, Busan 20.2°C, Ulsan 18.8°C, and Changwon 20.1°C.
Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at a 'good' level nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Wave heights in coastal waters are expected to range from 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea. In offshore waters (within approximately 200 kilometers from the coastline), wave heights will be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.5 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
